SET-UP: Completed set-up by 11:00 am Early Set-up can start any time after 12 pm on Friday 10/20/17. Overnight security provided. NOTE: please keep all items secure and tents must be weighted down with sandbags.

- Keep all proceeds of what you sell at the event (if applicable)
* $500 VENDOR FEE IS REQUIRED. VENDOR KEEPS ALL PROCEEDS SOLD DAY OF EVENT.

- Prepayment (Check, Cash, or Credit Card) NO LATER THEN FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 21, 2017
- Trash Cans & Bags for you & your staff
- Minimum of 2 Staff Members
- Signage/Flyers/Coupons, etc.
- Extension cord(s) at least 100ft /power strips
- Cash box/Credit Card Scanner
Please note: You must take any trash that you produce, wrappers, packaging, etc. with you at the end of the event. You are responsible for your own cleanup. Location must look pristine upon departure to avoid clean-up fee of $200, which will be enforced. Authorized Credit card must be on file.
